I completed the Strava Favourite Way Challenge with my walk to taekwon-do last night, and finally learned Yong Gae, the first fourth degree pattern; it's a bit complex, so I should keep practising at home. I wonder if I judge myself too much on how much I help others, and why I find offering help to others difficult at times, not knowing how they'll react.

Sometimes I wonder if I could do more to help others, and then I just don't know what I could do to help, so I do nothing. Unlike the last stretching video I did, I was able to copy his exercises almost exactly, although I swear some of them looked sped up. Also, Youtube's insistence of putting ads in the middle of videos is annoying; please, cut it out ( Read more... )
